Our consultants have been using the
Internet to support fundraising and communications projects since
1995. They have also been using "portable" computers to manage
projects for clients since 1990 when the smallest portables weighed
50lbs! Hope Associates uses technology services to bring great efficiencies
and accountability to our managed projects.
At our
www.churchcampaign.com
web site, we utilize individual project web sites as
information and activity centers that are available to your members
whenever they choose. While not everyone has an internet connection,
this is an added feature for those who do. We also provide
traditional communications to everyone involved in projects to keep
them as informed as possible.
Our internet activity centers provide
resources for project leaders, volunteers and all church members.
These project activity centers can include calendars of activity,
event notices, project announcements, volunteer registration forms,
volunteer management tools, pledge forms, project brochures,
information on the tax-advantages of sacrificial giving, question
and answer pages, and the ability to contact project consultants
directly. Not every church will choose to utilize this service but
we believe it provides an example of the innovative and advanced
communication abilities of our firm and our commitment to explore
every possible advantage to help our clients succeed.
Our fundraising campaigns are managed
on computers utilizing a data management system that enables us to
provide a variety of up-to-date reports on demand. We are capable of
handling all data input for a campaign or we can train your staff to
assist which reduces the cost of our services. The choice is yours.
Hope Associates also offers
campaign pledge redemption services to assist you with the
collection of pledges over a period of years. These services are
optional depending on your needs and include the mailing of monthly,
quarterly or annual statements, a return envelope and even a
semi-annual campaign update newsletter providing donors with the
latest progress at the church resulting from their sharing of
gifts. Accountability and the church's own stewardship of the gifts
provided by members influences the likelihood that additional gifts
will be made in the future.
