Almost all of our projects have a
defined beginning and end and yet our relationships with clients
often continue.
For churches who embark on a
fundraising campaign, a great number of gifts are made in the form
of pledges over a period of three to five years. Some clients have
the staff and resources to manage campaign data, print statements,
fold insert and seal envelopes and mail them out on a monthly cycle.
For those who don't, HOPE ASSOCIATES can provide full pledge
redemption programs as an optional service.
Every church is different but for
many, our redemption program can be a cost-effective and simple
solution to collecting pledges. We include mailings for delinquent
pledges and can also included quarterly newsletters to update
families on project progress.
For those who choose to manage
their own pledge redemption, the firm will continue to review the
collection process through quarterly reporting system and will make
recommendations as necessary.
Clients who choose stewardship
communications systems have a choice of pre-written, semi-custom or
fully customized programs to help educate the community about
stewardship. It is recommended that churches continue the education
process through annual renewals that they can develop in-house from
the initial effort or through our assisted programs every few years.
